3 months and six sessions devoted just to you. Expect to make major breakthroughs, drop that excess weight and wake up to the possibilities of being the best you! Expect to learn how to use food as the foundation for creating change in all areas of your life while finding your ideal balance so you never have to worry about excess weight, fatigue, bloating or what to eat. We can also incorporate meditation into your daily routine to help you to reduce stress and anxiety and sleep better. As a meditation teacher I can show you easy breathing methods and give you guided meditations to help you in all aspects of your life. My approach is mind, body, spirt so all areas of your life are supported.
Your personalized program will radically improve your health and happiness. Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.
